Return & Refund Policy

Gemone Diamond will accept jewelry for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipment date, provided the item meets the return eligibility requirements below. Please note that the 30-day period begins from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is delivered.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be met:

• 30 days from shipment date: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the shipment date.

• Unworn original condition: The jewelry must be unworn and show no signs of wear or alteration.

• Original tags and packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact and returned with the jewelry, including the ring box and any inserts provided with the order.

• Original documentation: All original paperwork must be included with the return, such as diamond grading reports or certificates, if applicable.

• Sales receipt: All returns must be accompanied by the original and authentic sales receipt.

• Complete package: The package must be returned with all the proper contents.

We do not reimburse shipping costs unless an item was supplied in error. The customer is responsible for the return postage and insurance. Insurance fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the buyer.

Special orders and custom items are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for paying taxes on the ordered product/jewelry, as different countries have different rules and regulations.

Prior to returning any product, please send us an email at the return email address with your order number and details.

Because we conduct business across borders, each country has its own laws, standards, and customs procedures. These procedures must be followed, and if there is an issue, the buyer must cooperate during any delays.

If the package is detained by customs, Gemone Diamond is not liable for providing a refund, as we have already shipped the item for which you have paid. We will always deliver the goods for which you have paid.

Order Cancellation Policy

• An order can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.

• If an order is cancelled after 48 hours, a 12% cancellation charge will be applied.

• An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

• Custom items cannot be cancelled at any time.

• To request an order cancellation, please contact us with your order number and cancellation details.
