These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of diamonds and fine jewelry from Gemone Diamond and the use of our website. By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. This may include changes to product availability, pricing, descriptions, specifications, and other website content.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and current; however, occasional errors, omissions, or changes may occur.

Contract & Order Acceptance

When you place an order with Gemone Diamond, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected product.

An order becomes binding and an enforceable agreement between you and Gemone Diamond only after the order has been accepted and full payment has been successfully received.

Upon receipt and verification of your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

Gemone Diamond reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered by Gemone Diamond at the time of purchase, including PayPal or bank transfer, where available.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method or have received authorization from the account holder.

For bank transfers, your order will be processed once the full payment has been received and verified.

Orders will not be dispatched until the required payment has been received in full.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to request a return, please contact Gemone Diamond in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For an approved refund, the returned product must correspond to the item originally purchased and must include the required original packaging, documentation, and other contents supplied with the order.

Gemone Diamond reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving a refund.

The original sales receipt or applicable proof of purchase may be required for all returns and refunds.

If a returned package is lost or damaged while in transit, Gemone Diamond's liability will be determined in accordance with the applicable shipping and insurance arrangements.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched only after full payment has been received and verified.

Gemone Diamond uses FedEx or other trusted shipping services, as applicable, to securely deliver orders.

Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States on diamonds and fine jewelry.

Standard orders are generally delivered within 15–20 business days.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for $49.

Express orders are generally delivered within 12–15 business days.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout and include doorstep delivery, where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided to you.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction, where applicable.

Additional Items

Where multiple items are purchased under the same order and shipped together, no additional shipping charges apply to additional items included in that shipment.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements, specifications, pricing, and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes, or the nature of handcrafted and customized jewelry.

For diamonds accompanied by a grading report or certificate, the information stated on the applicable report represents the documented characteristics of that specific diamond.

Diamond Certification

For loose diamonds, a physical diamond certificate is available for an additional $80.

Where applicable, digital certification or grading information will be provided in accordance with the product purchased.

Changes to These Terms

Gemone Diamond reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with the revised date. Your continued use of the website or placement of an order after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
